Ordering

4. How do I place an order? To place an order, simply browse our collection, select the items you wish to purchase, choose your preferred size and color, and add them to your cart. Once you have everything you need, proceed to checkout to complete your purchase.

5. Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed? You can modify or cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Please email us at info@wonderlous.store with your order details. After 24 hours, your order will be in production, and no changes or cancellations can be made.

6. How can I track my order? Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment on the carrier’s website.

11. What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item? If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email us at info@wonderlous.store with a clear photo of the item and a brief description of the issue. We will send you a replacement or issue a refund based on the situation.

12. Can I exchange an item for a different size? For sizing issues, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your items. We highly recommend checking our sizing chart before placing your order to ensure the best fit. For footwear, a production fee will be charged for size replacements greater than one size smaller or one size larger.

14. How can I care for my WONDERLOUS STUDIO items? Care instructions are provided with each product. Generally, we recommend washing apparel inside out on a gentle cycle with cold water and tumble drying on low heat or air drying to preserve the quality of the print.
