1. What is WONDERLOUS STUDIO?
WONDERLOUS STUDIO is a creative streetwear label releasing limited-edition drops of windbreakers, shorts, track pants, hoodies and sneakers. Each style is produced in runs of only 50 pieces and never restocked. Our mission is to craft collectible everyday pieces that blend design, culture and individuality.
2. Are WONDERLOUS drops really limited to 50 pieces?
Yes. Every WONDERLOUS STUDIO style is strictly limited to 50 pieces worldwide. Once a drop sells out, that print and colorway are retired forever. We don’t restock – we move forward, releasing new capsule drops with fresh artwork, refined silhouettes and collectible fits for the next wave.
3. Do your prices include shipping, duties and taxes?
We offer complimentary shipping on all orders to the destinations we serve.
Local import duties and taxes are not included in our prices, as each country has its own rules. Some orders clear with no extra fees, while others may be charged by customs or the delivery carrier based on your order value. Any such charges are paid by you directly to your local authorities or carrier.
Any applicable local sales taxes or VAT are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address, where supported.
4. How limited are the drops?
Each drop is produced once, with a maximum of 50 pieces per style worldwide. We build collections the way we see the look, so you can secure the full fit before it disappears for good.
5. How do I contact customer support?

6. Where is WONDERLOUS STUDIO based?
WONDERLOUS STUDIO is an independent streetwear label currently based in NYC, with creative roots in Milan, Paris, Ibiza and Bali — cities that shaped our eye for design, culture and craftsmanship. We operate globally online, with each collection produced and shipped through trusted production partners, keeping every piece intentional, considered and ready for everyday wear.

Ordering
7. How do I place an order?
Browse the collection, select the pieces you want, choose your size and add them to your cart. Once you’re ready, proceed to checkout to complete your purchase securely.
8. Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Orders may be modified or canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that time, production begins and adjustments are no longer possible.

9. How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to follow your delivery on the carrier’s website.

Shipping
10. Where do you ship to?
We currently ship to the United States, the European Union and selected territories.
Orders are fulfilled by our production partners in the US, EU and Asia, depending on your shipping address and the product you select. This multi-hub setup helps keep delivery times reasonable and reduces unnecessary customs delays where possible.
11. How long will it take to receive my order?
Each piece is made to order. Processing typically requires 2–3 business days, with delivery times varying by region:
United States
• Core apparel (tees, sweatshirts, hoodies, shorts): 7–9 business days
• Outerwear & shoes (windbreakers, cropped windbreakers, track pants, shoes): 9–15 business days
International
• International orders: 12–24 business days
We’ll send tracking details as soon as your order ships. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on local customs and logistics.

Returns and Exchanges
12. What is your return policy?
If your order doesn’t meet expectations, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery. Items must be:
• Unworn
• In original condition
• With all tags and packaging intact
After inspection, refunds are issued to the original payment method. If you prefer, we can issue store credit instead.
• United States: We provide a prepaid return label.
• International: Customers are responsible for return shipping using a tracked postal service.
Items marked Final Sale, or items returned worn, washed or damaged, are not eligible for refund or credit.
13. What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
Email info@wonderlous.store within 7 days of delivery with:
• Your order number
• A clear photo of the issue
• A brief description
After review, we’ll arrange a replacement or a refund.
14. Can I exchange an item for a different size?
Exchange return shipping is free. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a size exchange and review the Size Guide before ordering.
For footwear, exchanges beyond one full size may incur a production fee, as each pair is crafted to order.

15. What types of products do you offer?
Our collections include apparel, footwear and limited-edition design pieces. From hoodies, windbreakers and track pants to sneakers and accessories, each item is produced in small runs and made to order. Every piece is built around intentional design, refined details and everyday wearability.
16. How can I care for my WONDERLOUS STUDIO items?
Care instructions are provided with each product. In general, we recommend washing apparel inside out on a gentle cycle with cold water, and tumble drying on low or air drying to help preserve the print and fabric.
17. Are your products eco-friendly?
We prioritize more responsible production where possible, using carefully selected materials, made-to-order production and eco-conscious printing methods to reduce unnecessary waste.

Payments
18. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, Shop Pay Installments and other secure payment options shown at checkout.
19. Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All transactions are processed through encrypted payment gateways to ensure privacy and protection of your information.
20. Can I use multiple discounts or promo codes on a single order?
Only one promotional code can be applied per order.
