Duties & Taxes
United States, European Union & selected territories
We currently ship to the United States, the European Union and selected territories.
For these destinations, local customs offices or delivery carriers may charge import duties or taxes based on your country’s regulations. Any such fees are paid by you directly to your local authorities or carrier.
Any applicable local sales taxes or VAT are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.

United States
• Core apparel (tees, sweatshirts, hoodies, shorts): 7–9 business days
• Outerwear & shoes (windbreakers, cropped windbreakers, track pants, shoes): 9–15 business days
International
• International orders: 12–24 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly based on destination and customs.

Shipping
We offer complimentary shipping on all orders to the destinations we serve.
Orders are fulfilled from our global facilities, depending on product and destination. Whenever possible, orders are routed through the closest available facility for smoother delivery.

Modify or Cancel Your Order
You can modify or cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, production begins and changes are no longer possible.

Returns
If your order does not meet expectations, you may return it within seven (7) days of delivery.
Returned items must be:
• Unworn
• In original condition
• With tags and original packaging
After inspection, refunds are issued to the original payment method. If you prefer, we can issue store credit instead.
• United States: We provide a prepaid return label.
• International: Customers cover return shipping.

Exchanges
For size adjustments, please contact us within seven (7) days of delivery and review the Size Guide before ordering.
For footwear, exchanges beyond one full size may incur a production fee, as each pair is crafted to order.

Damaged or Flawed Items
If your item arrives damaged or with a production flaw, email info@wonderlous.store within seven (7) days of delivery with:
• Your order number
• A clear photo of the issue
• A brief description
After review, we will arrange a replacement or a refund.

Order Not Received
If your order has not arrived 30 days after purchase, please contact info@wonderlous.store and we will assist with an investigation and resolution.

Exceptions
The following are not eligible for return:
• Final-sale items
• Gift cards
• Custom-engraved or customized products
Items returned worn, washed or damaged are not eligible for refund or credit.
